If you receive notification of a possible exposure, or if you believe you or a member of your household may have become infected (but have not yet tested positive) and are required to quarantine, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may freeze or adjust your challenge program accordingly.
Please note that we are not authorized to cancel memberships "due to COVID-19" if you signed up for the membership during the course of the pandemic. If you are suffering from "long COVID" and your condition is persistent and ongoing, you may be eligible to cancel your membership for medical reasons.
