All cancellations must be sent via US Postal Service via Certified Mail to National Acceptance Company (NAC). Our mailing address for cancellations is:

Along with Certified Mail, we do recommend that you request a return receipt from your Post Office. This way, you will have proof mailed back to you from the USPS that we both took possession and signed for your mail piece. You can send Certified Mail to a Post Office Box. If the Certified Mail letter requires a signature from NAC, the Post Office will leave a delivery slip (PS Form 3849) inside our P.O. Box instructing us to present the delivery slip to the window clerk to sign for the mail piece. When our courier retrieves the contents of the P.O. Box for delivery to NAC for processing, any delivery confirmation Signature cards and/or return receipts presented to our courier will be signed at the Post Office in the presence of a USPS Window Clerk. The date and time of the delivery confirmations are electronically captured and recorded by the US Postal Service.
Your cancellation is based off of the postmarked date of your mailed cancellation request. Receipt and processing of your cancellation may take up to 14 business days due to factors outside of our control (such as mail delays). In the event that you incur an additional billing charge between the time that you mail your letter and our receipt and processing of the cancellation request, if you are entitled to a refund, we will automatically set up a refund (if warranted) for any charge that occurred after the postmarked date of your request.
