You have the option to cancel your membership should you move/relocate more than 25 miles from the address that you provided when you enrolled for the membership at the facility. In order to cancel for relocation, you will need to send a letter requesting cancellation for relocation, along with two forms of valid proof of relocation to NAC via CERTIFIED MAIL at the following address:

You can pay the cancellation fee in one of the following manners:
- by including a check for the appropriate cancellation fee of $50.00 made payable to NAC with your relocation proof
- by noting in your cancellation request that you authorize NAC to charge your method of payment on file with NAC for the relocation fee
- by contacting NAC by telephone to make the appropriate payment.
Valid proof of cancellation includes at least two of the following:
- Rental/Lease agreement or mortgage paperwork in your name showing your new address
- A Utility bill (gas/electric/water) in your name that was sent to your new address
- A copy of a valid (non-expired) drivers license or other government ID showing your name and new address which was issued within the past 90-days. Temporary licenses (while awaiting a permanent license) are acceptable as well if all other conditions are met
Alternatively, if you have active military orders, or a permanent change of station (PCS), please provide a copy of non-secret orders to our offices in lieu of other proof of relocation.
Please reference your account number in all correspondence and please keep in mind that your account must be current, and the relocation fee payment must be set up by the time the cancellation request is processed, or your cancellation may be denied.
Section 2: Consumer Disclosures
2. Member may cancel this AGREEMENT if members moves more than 25 miles from the registered (enrolled) address and thereby cannot use the facilities. Dues must be current in order to cancel this AGREEMENT. Member will be released from any remaining balance owed for the membership upon legitimate verification. Two (2) of the following showing the member's name and new address must be submitted by USPS Certified Mail to the address listed herein as proof of relocation. 1) utility bill, 2) state issued ID/Driver's License or 3) bank statement. There will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed for relocation.
