Please ensure that your account is paid current each month, or contact us to make payment arrangements if necessary. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payments are reflected on your bank/credit card statement each billing, and to notify NAC in the event that something has changed that would prevent us from billing you such as a new card expiration, replacement card, lack of funds, new bank account number, etc.
For any facilities utilizing paper records or an electronic check-in system, including the InfinitiONE Member Management System, the facility is under no obligation to acknowledge or record any attendance or visits or to otherwise grant facility access until such time that an account is returned to a paid current status and no longer in arrears. In the case of 24-hour facilities, your card/key tag may be locked out from entry to the facility. For all other facilities, your access to facility services may be blocked at the Front Desk, or your attendance/visit may not be counted.
Past due accounts may adversely affect your attendance records and ability to cancel the 16-week Challenge Program.
