We are required to process and follow the terms of the membership agreement exactly as they are written. If something is not in writing on the original membership agreement, we would not be able to honor it despite what may have been said at the time of signing.
We do encourage members to thoroughly read any documents they sign so they are fully aware of what they are agreeing to. If you do not fully understand the agreement that you signed, or if something was discussed with a salesperson that is not reflected on the contract, you do have a period of time shortly after signing the agreement (typically three days) to cancel it.
