Do I need to make up frozen or excused time?

In order to cancel for the 16-week Challenge, you must successfully complete 16 consecutive weeks by attending at least 3 times per week for those 16 consecutive weeks.  If you listed or noted Vacation time on your Program Guidelines & Procedures sheet when you first signed up, and/or you froze your membership at any time during the challenge, you will not be penalized for those missing weeks, however, you must still make up the time at the end of the challenge to reach the minimum requirements of attending the facility for at least 3 times per week for 16 consecutive weeks. Noted vacation time or other approved time off will not affect the count of consecutive weeks provided that the time is both made up and NAC is in receipt of a mailed freeze request or the time off was noted on the Program Guidelines & Procedure sheet.

The time off noted in your Program Guidelines, or any approved freeze requests only cover any gaps in your consecutive attendance.  If there are gaps in weeks in your attendance and you did not provide NAC with proper documentation for those gaps, your challenge cancellation request could be denied.
